瑶柱虾仁炒饭





做法：

1.虾干、瑶柱浸泡洗净分别切成细末、拆成细丝

2.锅内下少许油，炒香虾末、瑶柱丝

3.倒入甜玉米粒和米饭翻炒均匀

4.撒上香菜末后关火盛起
