枸杞肉片湯
材料:
枸杞一斤
瘦肉四兩
姜一片
調味料:
鹽、生粉各適量
做法:
1. 枸杞洗凈摘葉留枝;瘦肉切薄片以少許鹽及生粉拌勻。
2. 燒熱少許油爆香姜片,加適量水煮滾,放入枸杞枝滾約十五分鐘,撈起枸杞枝棄用,加入枸杞葉煮滾,再下肉片滾熟,加適量鹽調味。
